showcased to tourism and hospitality businesses on Tuesday 26 February at a
special Trade Show in the Olympic Lodge at Stoke Mandeville Stadium,
Aylesbury.
Sophie Grigson, leading local food champion and cookery writer, will provide

“This is a unique buying experience for businesses in Buckinghamshire and
surrounding counties to come and taste for themselves the best local food
and drink,” said Tamara Schiopu, co-ordinator of the Berkshire,
Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes and Oxfordshire Food Group.
“Our fourth annual trade show demonstrates the range and diversity of
produce from this area. Among the exhibitors we have: The Chiltern Brewery
(from Aylesbury), Chiltern Natural Foods (from Amersham), Just Biscuits
(from Stoke Mandeville), Pinks Syrups (from Milton Keynes), Quince Products
(from Aston Rowant), and The Meat Joint and Crudges Cheese (both from
Oxfordshire).”
Bob Collier, managing director of Tourism South East said: “This region is
blessed with a wide range of distinctive local foods and is the heart of the
UK’s wine industry. We have a lot to be proud of. In the Buckinghamshire
area we have some notable examples of excellent food and drink including
Just Biscuits and The Chiltern Brewery.”
